Terms & Conditions

We provide payroll processing services as agreed in writing with the Client. Specific deliverables, frequency, and pricing will be set out in a separate engagement letter or quotation.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete employee, financial, and supporting information
• Approve payroll runs timeously
• Notify us promptly of any changes affecting payroll or accounts
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of information supplied

Fees are payable monthly in advance, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All fees exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

We exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services. However, we shall not be liable for any losses, penalties, or damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by the Client. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All Client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law or with the Client's explicit consent. This obligation continues after termination of the engagement.

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other. All fees due up to the effective date of termination remain payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
